What are main parts of HZS batching plant?

In fact, there are HZS skip type concrete batching plant and HZS belt type concrete batching plant. They have the similar main parts.

HZS batching plant is made up of batching, mixing, electric control and other parts.

Aggregate batching system (batching machine)

It adopts PLD series aggregate batching machine. PLD batching machine is made up of belt conveyor, weighing system, electric control system and other parts. It is featured by feeding material by belt conveyor, automatic batching materials. The weighing method adopts sensor as weighing element, so it has accurate measurements.

Aggregate conveying system

HZS concrete batching plant adopts lifting hopper or belt conveyor to transport aggregate materials.

HZS skip type concrete batching plant is characterized by small floor coverage. While, HZS belt type concrete batching plant has faster conveying speed. So HZS belt type concrete batching plant has higher productivity.

Mixing system

HZS batching plant adopts JS concrete mixer which is suitable to mix hard dry concrete, liquid concrete, light aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortars.

Electric control system

It adopts Windows operating system which is featured by stable performance, reliable operation, microcomputer automatic control and easy operation.
